HUB International Insurance Services, Inc. (HUB), a leading international insurance intermediary, announced today that Jon McGraw has joined the global insurance brokerage as the Vice President of Operations for the Employee Benefits Consulting Division in Mountain View, CA. Jon will report to Robert DeValle, Senior Vice President and Benefits Practice Leader of the Northern California offices of HUB International.

In his dual roles of Employee Benefits Consultant and Operations Vice President, Jon will be responsible for managing the daily business operations of the Benefits Consulting Division of HUB as well as cultivating new employee benefits consulting clients throughout HUB’s Northern California region.  While very well versed in providing exemplary consulting and risk management services to a wide variety of industries and markets, Jon is especially attracted to serving both institutions of higher learning and heathcare field.  He has consulted with and fashioned employee benefits solutions for some of the Bay Area’s more recognizable colleges and universities.  Prior to joining HUB International, Jon served as  Senior Employee Benefits Consultant with a large regional brokerage.

Jon holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in English and Writing from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and resides in Novato with his family.
