A new feature called Customize Fields has been added in the Tools Tab of the LeadOrganizer application. With a simple, single entry in Customize Fields it allows the agent to create up to ten additional criteria fields simultaneously. The new criteria fields that have just been assigned are reflected throughout the application under the heading ‘Other Information’ in Referrals, Prospects and Customer tabs, respectively.  If the agent’s legacy system has stored data under different criteria other than the pre-existing ones in the LeadOrganizer application, he can import his data by creating corresponding additional custom fields to the existing set, thereby enabling better integration with the legacy data. The agent will also be able to utilize the additional fields as criteria for creating more customized reports for marketing. This reporting option allows better lead management and target marketing to customers and prospects.
