DARIEN, CT - July 15, 2005 - Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co, Ltd. (U.S. Branch) selected FergTech, Inc. as their partner to produce and distribute insurance and regulatory documents for their corporate name change project.

FergTech was chosen by Tokio Marine for their ability to produce compliant regulatory documents for all 50 states and their ability to print Japanese translation, where necessary. FergTech produced and shipped Automobile Insurance Identification Cards and policy endorsements to Tokio Marine’s policyholders reflecting the corporate name change.

"The flexibility of FergTech's DynaForm software technology allowed us to easily customize the format, language, and sorting of our documents," said Pam Olson, Acting Vice President of Corporate Underwriting at Tokio Marine.  "The ability of the FergTech staff to turn around requests quickly and accurately has made the project run smoothly and successfully", added Olson.

FergTech’s DynaForm software uses eXtensible Markup Language (XML) which allows conditional customizations to be made in a cost-effective manner.  DynaForm draws upon a licensed forms library and FergTech’s compliance rules engine, which reduces Tokio Marine’s compliance related costs.

DynaForm is the software engine that also powers the AutoIDweb product suite developed and marketed by FergTech for the insurance industry.  AutoIDweb is a comprehensive solution for producing compliant Automobile Insurance Identification Cards (Auto ID Cards) for all fifty states in the USA.
