The specialized EPL solution offers broad coverage, competitive pricing, underwriting expertise and value-added services for small and mid-sized businesses and organizations. It provides coverage for employment practices "wrongful acts," including coverage for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, constructive discharge, termination, failure to hire and negligent supervision covering full and part time employees, temporary workers, committee members, directors and officers, trustees, committee members, as well leased or seasonal employees.
Included in the offering are essential coverages for:
