DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A nine-story office tower strategically located in the Preston Center area of Dallas will become the new Texas headquarters for Mutual of Omaha Bank, Texas Market President Robert Strong announced.

Mutual of Omaha Bank has leased 14,000 square feet on the lobby level of the building, located at 5950 Sherry Lane. The Class Ať office space offers immediate access to downtown, North Dallas, Love Field and DFW International Airport. Plans call for Mutual of Omaha Bank to occupy the space in December 2009.

Our new Texas headquarters will serve as a focal point for our expansion in this high growth area,ť said Robert Strong, President of Mutual of Omaha Bank's Texas market.
