The ASU Small Business Development Center is hosting the seminar "Business Insurance" from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Rassman Building of the ASU Campus. Cost is $10 per person.
The seminar will explain why businesses need protection, how to compare coverage, how rates are derived and what affects those rates. Other topics include deductibles, what it is and how to choose a deductible, safety programs, and how hiring practices can affect future existence from a liability perspective.
The speaker is Debbie Cunningham, an insurance agent and business owner.
