INDIANAPOLIS HAS SUED 15 insurance companies for reimbursement of $5 million used to clean up hazardous materials at an old manufacturing site. Defendants reportedly include Aetna Casualty & Surety Company of Illinois, Arkwright Mutual Insurance Co., Employers Insurance Co. of Wausau, Factory Mutual Insurance Co., Hartford Casualty Insurance Co., Indiana Insurance Co. and Travelers Property Casualty Co. The site is being rehabilitated for an expansion of another company to keep it from leaving the city.
