Defendants reportedly include Aetna Casualty & Surety Company of Illinois, Arkwright Mutual Insurance Co., Employers Insurance Co. of Wausau, Factory Mutual Insurance Co., Hartford Casualty Insurance Co., Indiana Insurance Co. and Travelers Property Casualty Co.
