Jan. 08--U.S. military veterans seeking tuition assistance for college, disability claims, medical resources or legal help may find it from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.Jan. 17 at Horry Georgetown Technical College, according to a news release from the college.
The mobile vet center van is coming to the HGTC Conway campus and will be stationed between Buildings 1100 and 600. Counselors will be available to help process paperwork and provide resources for a variety of issues, ranging from money for college to readjustment counseling. Veterans seeking to save their homes or apply for college tuition help are encouraged to come meet with other veterans and military service representatives.
