American Capital Acquisition Corp. and its minority partner, insurance holding company AmTrust Financial Services, said they've completed the acquisition of 10 GMAC subsidiaries in the U.S. consumer property/casualty insurance sectors. Financial details were not disclosed and attempts made to all three companies for comment were not immediately successful.
