CSAA Insurance Group Reaches One Million Policy Milestone on EIS Group’s Insurance Core Systems
Achievement marks success of technology modernization program supporting business operations in 23 states.
San Francisco, CA – July 24, 2014 –EIS Group, Inc., formerly Exigen Insurance Solutions, Inc., a provider of core systems to insurers, announced today that CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, has reached a major milestone in the success of the company’s ongoing technology modernization initiative with one million auto insurance policies now supported on EIS Group’s PolicyCore™ and BillingCore™ solutions. The implementation of EIS Group’s modern solutions for core administration supports AAA-branded auto insurance sold to AAA members in 22 states and the District of Columbia.

CSAA Insurance Group’s technology modernization initiative includes replacement of multiple legacy core systems and the installation of a scalable framework for large volume growth. EIS Group’s PolicyCore and BillingCore solutions were deployed in an enterprise package which includes rating, underwriting, policy administration, billing, operational analytics and reporting, customer relationship management, BPM, document generation, and content management.
