BRIEF: Tahlequah man jailed for DUI

Donnell stopped Wheeler near Grand and Allen roads. Wheeler allegedly smelled of alcohol and after a sobriety test was arrested for driving under the influence.
During an inventory of Wheeler's vehicle, officers found three smoking devices with burnt marijuana residue, rolling papers, and pipe cleaners.
Donnell said he also discovered a box full of marijuana stems. Wheeler allegedly told Donnell he had used a coffee grinder to grind the stems and mix them into butter, which he then used to make brownies and cookies.
