Centralized Enterprise Risk Gives Regions Greater Capacity to Serve Customers
In order to give local leaders greater capacity to focus their teams on customer service, Business First also announced it has restructured its enterprise risk management function, bringing responsibility for a number of risk-oriented functions under a single integrated team's responsibility.
"Integrating the bank's risk management functions in this manner also gives added focus to another responsibility, which is safeguarding the bank, its customers and its shareholders. We can't over-emphasize the importance of this obligation, especially in today's regulatory and economic environment.
