Cambria makes money with cleanup sale

Eight people were named the high bidders for the purchase of a host of items that were offered for sale by the county commissioners over the past month.

The reporting center allows people who have committed nonviolent crimes to report to the center before starting off to work. It keeps the defendants out of prison while they work to pay off fines and restitution. A variety of counseling services also are offered to those sent to the center by the courts.
