"If you have a leak, like a water tank busts, our water tanks come out there and dry it up. We reverse the damage and stop any further damage from happening until your insurance adjuster can get out there and take a look at it. We fix everything back to normal after that."

"We use extraction units," he said. "They are high-powered suction tools that will not only get the carpet dried up, but it will also dry the padding and the floor below. A lot of people will just try to dry it up with a Shop-Vac or something like that.
"We have our extraction van that pulls the water out and puts it in a tank that you don't have to constantly empty like you would with a bucket. We have commercial dehumidification. We have specialized drying equipment like heavy-duty, air-moving fans."
With fire damage, it's more about removing the charred wood and sealing the smell, Jones said.
"We have chemicals that clean out the musty smell associated with water damage," he said. "Those chemicals can also remove the smoke smell associated with fire damage.
"We'll clean up the char and then we coat everything in a good fire-sealant before everything is rebuilt. You don't want to keep that smoke smell around."
