Motorola Mobility Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "A method (600) and simulation tool (200) having enhanced accuracy and speed for simulation using ray launching in a mixed environment (20) by using adaptive ray expansion mechanisms can include a memory (204) coupled to a processor (202). The processor can select (602) a target area within the mixed environment and modify (604) the propagation properties of the adaptive ray expansion mechanisms according to characteristics classified for the target area. The processor can further classify characteristics for the target area by transmitting and reflecting rays for indoor building regions and for outdoor building regions. The number of bounces or a power level threshold assigned to a transmitted ray is a function of the environment where it propagates. The simulation tool can determine the target area or a region of interest by using a global positioning service device (230) externally attached to a device performing functions of the simulation tool."

Travelers Indemnity Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "The present invention relates to a method and system for enhanced medical triage in managed care plans that streamlines the conventional medical triage process and referral logic, sends only those insurance claims to an integrated case management system that require medical intervention, matches claims to the right resource at the right time, reduces the time needed to review lost time cases, lessens the number of unnecessary referrals or re-referrals, and further tailors the assignment process of medical insurance claims to medical personnel based on specific market and/or employer dedication."

Class 1 Inc. Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "An apparatus for remotely controlling the speed of an engine includes a housing and a control knob. A position shaft is fixedly connected to the control knob for rotation therewith and a position gear is fixedly secured to the position shaft for rotation therewith. A rotary encoder has a shaft in operative engagement with the position gear such that rotation of the position gear rotates the encoder shaft. The rotary encoder generates output signals based on a direction of rotation and angular displacement of the control knob. A processor receives the output signals from the rotary encoder and generates output signals proportional to the direction of rotation and angular displacement of the control knob. A primary engine control unit is remotely located with respect to the remote housing for receiving the output signals from the processor and directly controlling the speed of the engine based upon the received signals."

Bioness Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "The present invention provides improvements to an implant, system and method using passive electrical conductors which route electrical current to either external or implanted electrical devices, to multiple target body tissues and to selective target body tissues. The passive electrical conductor extends from subcutaneous tissue located below either a surface cathodic electrode or a surface anodic electrode a) to a target tissue to route electrical signals from the target body tissue to devices external to the body; b) to implanted electrical devices to deliver electrical current to such devices, or c) to multiple target body tissues or to selective target body tissues to stimulate the target body tissues. The conductor has specialized ends for achieving such purposes."

G-Tracking Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "The invention provides a monitoring device and its method of use for characterizing and evaluating the recreational quality of a ride event, based on velocity, g-forces, and vertical and lateral movement. The device optionally takes measurements for an individual ride event, displays and stores them, and if desired, transmits them to a central server for storage and or dissemination. The device can thereby document experience characteristics and scores for each ride, optionally reflecting personal preferences in the ratings. The stored data may be used for personal or managerial applications."

United Services Automobile Association Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "Instant messaging (IM) is provided between a TDD/TTY user and an entity. The user may use a TDD device to initiate a call with the entity. One or more converters may convert a TDD message from the user's device to IM, which is then provided to a recipient of the call, such as a representative of a company. The converter(s) may also convert IM from the representative into a TDD message that may then be provided to the user on the TDD device."

Target Brands Assigned Patent
The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "In selected embodiments a repository system correlates user browsing behavior with in-store transactions involving a number of products or product categories. For example, an online portal may receive online transactional data and in-store transactional data and associate particular user identities with such data. The user identities may be correlated by matching online transactional data with in-store transactional data. This correlation identifies a user known to frequent both online and in-store venues of the same retailer. The online portal may maintain browser repository records based on an association of online and in-store identities. In some implementations, the portal measures in-store transactions of a user known to frequent both online and in-store venues. The measurements may be performed for a predetermined time period. Such measurements may be used to extrapolate web influenced in-store transactional data from at least one browser repository record to estimate a transaction for an unknown user."
