Rep. Messer Introduces Bill on Definition of Applicable Large Employer

WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Rep. Luke Messer, R-Ind., has introduced legislation (H.R. 561) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to modify the definition of applicable large employer for purposes of the employer mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 13. It was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
