Although Sheridan didn't leave the event knowing for sure that her husband's insurance premium would be reduced, she left with a great deal of knowledge and, even more importantly, hope.
"I can't say enough about the program and the students," she said. "This was wonderful."

Saturday's event, he said, provided opportunity for both.
"These types of opportunities really round us out," he said.
Still, he said, he would hope that the event continues to assist people in navigating their insurance needs.
"We consistently have a good response to the event," he said. "This year, we had 15 to 30 people sign up and we always welcome walk-ins."
Attendees of the event said they appreciated understanding more about health insurance and its impact on their finances.
